Framing is set out from the engineer's drawings and checked with a laser before a single sheet goes up. It gets inspected before lock-up, because everything after it depends on it being right.
Walls go out wrapped and taped at every lap before cladding. Perth swings from forty degrees to horizontal rain, and the membrane is the part nobody sees doing the work.
Skirting is mitred and scribed to the wall, not filled and painted over. Look at an external corner in six months — that's where you find out who did it.
